everyone loathes him here.

but anyone studying Texas Government, would know that the governor is an inherently weak office. the legislature is were the power is, the governor is really nothing more than a glorified ribbon cutter.

he likes to take credit for this and that, but the reality is, if this fucking moron didn't have a repuke controlled legislature, he would have nothing.

not that the repuke legistlature has done anything great for the state, to begin with, but cement head can use them to spin his bullshit.
