Just love my state rep!
The SEIU has been in contract negotiations for months with the local hospital. They held a rally across the street from the hospital and one of our state representatives, Kevin Van De Wege showed up to offer his support and tell them to keep fighting. Most politicians are afraid to be so bold - but not Kevin. He votes for the protection of childrens health as well - something that, believe it or not, is not very popular among politicians.
