Somehow, we've got to figure out how to make Liberal and Progressive Populist Democrats the biggest and loudest cats.

It can be done. But you can't "negotiate" and "compromise" with the opposing cats who will do anything to be the biggest and baddest and loudest.

Wish it were otherwise. Wish the other cats were more reasonable, like me.

But they aren't. So we can't be.

Think of it. For politics, Candidate Roosevelt and then President Roosevelt campaigned on a promise that he would balance the federal budget even in the midst of the Great Depression. Heck, in 1937, President Roosevelt actually tried to do so.

Why? Politics. That is what the people ask for. You want somethng different, start helping progressives and Democrats to win.
