10. It will have a ripple effect. Munis will also be affected. Their downrating does not reflect
reality, and will hurt a lot of people

It also put Social Security and Medicare at a huge risk because the repukes will be using this to base their position

11. Congress needs to regulate the ratings agencies - they are unreliable and have massive COIs
Conflicts of Interests - they can do just exactly what they want to do
