My Teahadist Neighbor

Up at the corner of my road lives a nice guy with a really frightful collection of permanent yard signs that clearly identify him as a Full Out Teahadist. Among his signs is one that indicates his sworn intent to kill socialists with a flintlock rifle.

Our road, after a lot of debate, is finally getting a much needed resurface and repair. Let me rephrase that, our socialist road, maintained by our socialist government that robs hard working white people of their money in order to give mexicans and other non-whites free stuff and a place at the front of all lines, is using some of that federally stolen money alongside some state stolen money to fix the socialist road we are forced to share with all sorts of suspicious free-loaders.

My neighbor has a new sign. A new sign sitting on the right of way the town has where road meets property line. A huge orange sign announcing the travesty of stolen money being used to repair socialist roads along with a stern admonition that this socialist road will be closed to non-local traffic for the week, plus some crazy talk about an alternate route.

Ah sometimes life is sweet.

You know, lately, the strangest things have been going through my mind, 'cause I turn 40, and I guess I'm going through a life crisis or something. I don't know. And I'm not worried about aging, I'm not one of those characters. You know, although I'm balding slightly on top. That's about the worst you can say about me. I, uhm, I think I'm gonna get better as I get older. You know, I think I'm gonna be the, the balding virile type, you know, as opposed to, say, the uhm, distinguished gray, for instance, you know, unless I'm neither of those two. Unless I'm one of those guys with saliva dribbling out of his mouth who wanders into a cafeteria with a shopping bag screaming about socialism.
