This is why I think this amendment should be added to the Constitution tomorrow;

Section 1. The Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.

Section 2. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude shall exist within the United States or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 3. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

I think it's time to remove the exception that existed when a person was convicted of a crime. That exception has been abused too many times.
