Having these corporatist majority on the supreme court has been
the beginning of the end...and it seems there is nothing we can do about it except to have revaluation and the sooner the better...the next question are the people ready for it..

2. Obviously impossible with the congress we have now but FDR got
congress to add more judges to the court and he got to appoint those extra judges. Would still work if we could get the plan approved in congress.
