The right is already spinning this as the Dem's fault..ENTIRELY...the Dems need to make sure the right owns this.

Use this part of the release to make the Repugs own the downgrade..first one in history..OR they have to explain to their voters/base that they agreed to letting the tax breaks expire, OR both.

Either way it's a win for us. We have to play the game like them. They would try to nail us for both and then some.
