Shared Sacrifice - My Ass......
Congress is on vacation and the American People are being fleeced of there 401k & retirement monies. Their vacation should be canceled and they should get their asses back to D.C. to fix this. They should't be allowed to leave D.C. until this situation is rectified .

2. I smell a rat ...the rat being the BIG deal Obama wanted he said was necessary, cut medicare, etc
they say the BIG DEAL is the only thing bold enough to get the credit rating back. I smell a rat to get the BIG deal, everyone will feel. Even with BP paying their share,,,and the top 2% of workers, they WILL NOT feel it like American's without. They are not without...they are just retired after working all of their life.

There is only respect for money in our government and not much for people. The repubs should be sent packing, and the DINOS that vote with them against jobs bills and ending oil subsidies and not closing loopholes, should join them. Thanks Mary Landrieu, thanks Ben Nelson, and thanks Mark Warner. Two others Im too tired to look up right now....
:puke:

3. Why isn't Congress cutting insurance and wages for themselves?
Or better, yet, why aren't the REPIG Congressmen refusing half their wages, and rejecting insurance?

Don't they believe they should be tightening their Nazi belts?

7. Given the crap that comes out of...
... the Blue Dog/DLC/Republican dominated Congress, part of me thinks that things might actually be *BETTER* with it on vacation. That way they'll be some time to organize or delay their attempts to gut Social Security.

8. gold
Currently the middle class is selling the gold in its procession to survive, could we though this is a little more of our influential power we are giving up, for a life or servitude?
As European I feel we are going right back to the Middle Age.
