He's not dead yet, but I think it is now safe to judge him.
The real irony of Bush's rehabilitation project, though, is that he's taken it up even as he insists that only history can judge him. "You can't possibly figure out the history of the Bush presidency until I'm dead."

Aw hell no! I feel very safe and confident now, Junior. You were EXACTLY as big a screwup as I thought you were. Quite a legacy you left their partner.
