We should make a list of all the gifts Congress gave the wealthy in the last ten years

and add up the cost, for example:

Bush tax cut

Taxing investment income less than wages and salaries

No transaction or sales tax on Wall Street

Allowing Wall Street to short stocks and cannibalize modestly profitable but functional businesses for the profit of speculators but destroying the jobs of working Americans

No bargaining for drugs in medicare part D

No public option in health care reform

No bargaining for drugs in health care reform

Trade deals that gutted manufacturing jobs

Work visas for foreigners that take jobs away from college grads and depress wages

Two wars in major oil producing countries

Attempts to destabilize and overthrow the government of another major oil producer

One war in a major pipeline transit and opium producing country

Using private for-profit mercenaries

No bid and cost plus military contracts

$700 billion bailout from congress and trillions from Federal Reserve

and so on.

All of these cost average taxpayers money or benefits, and most were OPPOSED by clear majorities of average Americans, in some cases, like the trade deals and bailouts, but overwhelming majorities of Democrats AND REPUBLICANS!

And then those fucking leeches have the gall to tell their tools in Congress to put the screws to US?

It's time for change we can believe in: every corrupt tool that voted for this deal needs to be primaried, and if they aren't up for re-election you need to ask them at public appearances why they repeatedly protect and enrich those who did so much harm to the majority of Americans, and then stick us with the bill for making our attacker whole when he slips and twists his ankle in our economic blood.
