15. Who cares?
I'm NOT playing the good cop bad cop game any more. They are both bad cops. You cling to your illusions if it makes you feel better.

17. You've got the chicken before the egg..
.. people stopped voting when they realized it was all a bullshit rigged game with both players owned by the bankers and other big business.

I really am tired of the nonsense idea that continuing to do what hasn't worked in decades will suddenly bring results.

The quickest way to results is not the water torture of watching someone like Obama scuttle real victories for fake ones, if this is all we get I'D JUST AS SOON LET THE REPUBLICANS GO AHEAD AND BURN IT DOWN so we can have a REAL REVOLUTION and FIX THESE PROBLEMS. All Obama is DOING is DESTROYING WHAT LITTLE VALUE IS LEFT IN THE DEMOCRATIC BRAND.

Obama and the Dems in general show no interest in fixing anything. And Obama will be damned lucky if he gets another term, he doesn't deserve one simply based on his ridiculously inept handling of the economy, which is sinking into double dip as we speak.

So, you go and vote like a good citizen. I still vote in local and state elections where it matters a little, but I'm done with national politics, I don't believe in banging my head against a brick wall for nothing.

18. The Obama wave voters stayed home or jumped the fence.
The regulars showed as per the usual. We cannot magically maintain the 2008 numbers because the party has to motivate these folks and hold their attention.

It honestly pisses me off that certain folks browbeat the people that knock on the fucking doors, work the phones, GOTV, work the polls, and vote every fucking time about "sitting at home".

What percentage of people one here don't at the very least vote? Why is this such a talking point in a certain circle, the returns don't bare out the meme that is pushed by some and implied by more.

Now, if you want to have a fit that my vote will no longer be an entitlement then have at it, but I won't be staying home. My vote is a Democrats to lose and won't go to a TeaPubliKlan but if I have to sub in Democrats in favor of Republicans trying to pass with a circle D next to their name then I will.
