3. When I was working to defeat this asshole in 2010, there was tons of dirt on him.

He's a scammer, a grifter like Sarah Palin. Worse than Palin...at least she takes care of her kids, "legitimate" or not. It's not just child support. Walsh had huge tax liens against him, owed a couple of hundred thou to the IRS. I assume he used some campaign contributions or something to pay it off, because I don't see that mentioned in the news stories. The guy is slime. Total slime. And yet, people voted for him, and now he is calling out our President. He should be in fucking jail.

Firstly, as noted upthread, this scumbag has a history of slime around him but somehow he became a corporate media darling...able to bullshit his way not only onto the teevee but apparently within the teabagging caucus. He claimed to be circulating a petition signed by 80 or so other teabaggers not to vote for any kind of a deal. Methink he pissed off some of the PTB within the "establishment" and voila...this story appears in the papers...right as a deal is being pushed on the House.

I'm surprised and amused this oxygen thief showed his face on the tube as this story is breaking but I get a feeling he may not be out there for long.
