Poll: Obama leads Romney in Michigan

WASHINGTON – A week after one poll showed Republican Mitt Romney with a slight lead over President Barack Obama in a head-to-head matchup in Michigan, another poll shows Obama ahead of Romney in the state.

Public Policy Polling in North Carolina released a poll today showing Obama leads Romney 47% to 42% and has a double-digit lead over other potential Republican candidates he may face in next year’s presidential race.

PPP contacted 593 Michigan voters through automated telephone interviews July 21-24. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points. .......................(more)

how is this debt business going to play out??
According to the media who is going to gain by this??

You are free to post anything that interests you

I prefer to worry about who is going to run against Obama when the republicans have decided
who is the craziest among them

edit: My position is that the republican party today is greatly influenced by a crazy minority
bachmann is crazy
pawlenty is weak
newt is too out of it
huntsman is very sane
romney is sane but a lot of baggage
ron paul is repeat
cain is token black
perry is on the fence and could hurt

it is important for the crazies to pick their insane candidate to give Obama
some breathing room. The record is going to hurt Obama I feel

6. Psst...maybe 'cuz Romney has ties to Michigan?
And that he's behind Obama in a state that should have been easy for him.

3. The irony is that most head to head polls are Obama v. Romney
However, if the GOP senses continued vulnerability, they will not nominate someone perceived as moderate, such as Romney, Giuliani, or Huntsman. They will go as far to the right as they think they can go. Imagine Obama/Clinton/Edwards in reverse. They will look to nominate someone like Bachmann, Perry, or perhaps Palin, although her stock seems to have dropped.

4. Impossible.
Either the poll, or DU, is wrong.

And DU is never wrong.
So, The poll is wrong.
Obama is doomed.

QED.
