Mick Mulvaney U.S. Representative for South Carolina's 5th congressional district was on Rev. Al Shaprton's Show last night and there was something about him that told me there was "more" to him then just a so called "patriot" Tea Partier. Well now I found out there is a Koch Bros. link that shows how he became the 1st Repub Congressman of the 5th District of SC since 1883 and owner of a $30 million public funding issue that is still being questioned as to the profit he made from it when he sold it to a 3rd Party - Read on:
Mulvaney opposes stopgap funding: representing the people, or the Kochs?

...Mitt Romney's PAC, which championed Mick Mulvaney's campaign as one of the country's ten most important House races, doesn't show a tremendous amount of Koch influence; of course, corporate contributions to the PAC are prohibited by law, so only personal donations from Charles and David Koch would be accepted. A quick check of Fundraisers shows nearly $100,000 in personal political contributions from people with the two names (a $50 contribution to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from a preacher in Ohio probably doesn't count, huh), the vast bulk of which was in contributions from "business executives" at "Koch Industries" from various addresses throughout the country, in an obvious effort to stymie the compilation of data-- exclusively to Republican candidates and causes. But not to Mitt's PAC; no, the Kochs have their own PAC, "Americans For Prosperity," which also played heavily in Mulvaney's campaign financing....
The encyclopedia entry must be alluding to the Edenmoor real estate issue: "Mulvaney's opponents alleged," continues Wikipedia, "that Mulvaney mislead (sic) the Lancaster County
council and taxpayers to provide some $30 million in public funding for the Edenmoor real estate development and that once the public funds had been approved, Mulvaney sold his interest in the development to a third party at a substantial profit." As it turns out, indeed Mulvaney was a minority partner in the company that assembled that parcel, then sold it at a substantial profit to Lawson's Bend, LLC, which then developed it partly with the bond money in question. Was it a good investment on the part of the Lancaster County Council? It's still too early to tell, of course, but it certainly has increased the county's property tax base.
