1. If you mean should people pay taxes, then yes.

Another possible answer:

No, it means I think people should get their country back from the rich parasites who stole it.

3. That's an odd response
Do you favor a "war on private property?" Or do you think it's wrong to confiscate Drugs and wrong to confiscate private property?

6. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy of the statement
And, as has been pointed out elsewhere on this thread, confiscation of private property is hardly new

7. Well confiscation of private property during a criminal investigation is hardly new
Do you think owing property should be seen as a crime?

8. No - and definitely not for growing funny plants

14. A criminal investigation isn't necessary.
Thanks to asset forfeiture, you can have your money, car, and house seized without ever having been charged with a crime. You can sue to get it back, of course. And good luck doing that with no assets. Especially since you have to "prove" you somehow made every single penny of it through completely legal means, which is virtually impossible.

9. Eminent Domain involves compensation though
Compensate me fairly for my stash and I don't mind confiscation.

11. I'm not a socialist, I just get called one by TV loudmouths...
...and radio ranters, and people with some really wacky tea in their teabags.

Because somehow ensuring capitalism has some checks and balances equals a Stalinist police state.
That's not just leaps of logic, it's teleportation: from one place to another without crossing the intervening space.
