At least 80 people died when a gunman opened fire at an island youth camp in Norway, hours after a bomb attack on the capital, Oslo, police say.

Oslo police are questioning a 32-year-old Norwegian man in connection with both attacks.

The man was arrested on tiny Utoeya island outside Oslo, where police say he opened fire on teenagers.

The earlier bomb attack killed at least seven people. The attacks are the worst Norway has seen since World War II.

Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg, whose Oslo offices were among those badly hit by the blast, described the attacks as "bloody and cowardly".

there is no proof of any other involved parties (or so they've said. It would make sense to hide any such suspicions or proof until after you can sweep and arrest all or as-many such involved individuals though.)

Every counter-terrorist analyst I've read or heard has said the same thing...it'd be goddamned impossible to pull this kind of attack off as a lone-nut without months or years of planning; it'd be just about impossible to do it at-all as a lone-nut without tripping suspicion in those years or months. So...either he's the most-talented and the most-lucky terrorist in history or he had at-least some help, even if those people didn't know what he was planning until now.
