Can you imagine a Black Democrat calling a white Republican
A "Vile and Despicable person" when in this calendar year that same white repub had a friend who was shot in the head due to vile comments.

Think about that!

1. Don't need to think about it. The disrespect and barely concealed
racism and hatred literally makes me sick to my stomach. I am so disgusted by these "pillars of America". I'm so ashamed for them.

3. Debbie Wasserman Schultz slammed by Allen West
Yesterday! If it had been a Dem vs Repuke attack the Dem would have been forced to resign by now. At a minimum everyone would have known the aggressors name and media would have been camped outside his house demanding an apology.

5. God - I heard/saw that! The guy is way out of his league -they
don't DO that in Congress. Well maybe this new batch of rabid Republicans does, but boy, that never would have happened years ago, regardless of race.

And you're right. The Dem would now be packing up his belongings and booking a flight home.

That anyone who has an Obama 2012 sticker on their car is considered a threat to the gene pool.

6. He said she wasn't a lady too. I think it's more a sexism issue than anything, and our country
generally tolerates sexism.

8. somewhat agree
But if Congressman Lewis said this about Michelle Bachmann and if Marsha Blackburn had been a target of a gunman earlier in the year do you really think it wouldn't have been 24X7 news?

9. So are you saying that only black republicans are allowed to be sexist? And why would that be? I've
never really taken note of a black democrat saying anything sexist about a white republican woman, but maybe it would be a bigger story. I'm not really sure why it would make a difference though.

I have seen many sexist comments about Palin and Bachmann on the internet, however, and from people who seem to consider themselves liberals. But that's a different issue.

10. Really!
You are comparing internet comments to comments made by an elected Representative?
