Herman Cain: Mitt Romney Can’t Win Because He’s A Mormon (VIDEO)

Herman Cain made an issue of Mitt Romney's Mormon faith in an interview the Washington Times published Monday.

Arguing he'd make a better choice than Romney, Cain said that current GOP presidential frontrunner's religion will be a problem with a large and important segment of the base.

"it doesn't bother me," Cain told the Times, "but i do know that its an issue with a lot of Southerners."

Cain:

I know the South and you have to win the South. Mitt Romney didn't win the South when John McCain won the South and Mike Huckabee won the South. And I think that the reason he will have a difficult time winning the South is when he ran the first time he did not do a good job of communicating his religion.

My very conservative parents can't stand him for just that reason. They can't stand Palin, either. Conservatives are pretty disillusioned about all the candidates right now from what I can gather.

7. He's trying to be more bigoted than any of the other crazies that

are running and to get away with it because of his skin pigmentation. He is playing to the very people that hated him in the 60's.

He should get a clue, they still hate him and distrust him but will keep applauding him because to them he is saying the right things and they can use him as an excuse to up the hate level.
