4. Racketeering

It's an interstate criminal organization engaging in fixing elections, cheating, stealing, and lying, all the while trying to undermine the constitution of this country.

I keep hoping for enough of a change in the electorate that we can haul up the king rats like the Koch boys and the rest of their class, Grover Norquist, and the rest of the hired help nationally and at the state level and slap them with RICO charges.
