That the handful of viewers they have will hear it, and then still think exactly what they thought before he started talking. Because the only people who watch those stupid shows are politically oriented people who already know what they believe and what they think.
I'd be more worried if a show that had more viewers than Morning Joe twisted it. Like Spongebob Squarepants or Hannah Montana.
People everywhere need to stop inflating the importance of this show. The percentage of people that watch that show and others like it, compared to the number of people in the country and even compared to just voters is positively miniscule.
And if supposed liberals would stop watching it altogether their numbers would go down by at least half.
The viewership of Morning Joe is laughably small. Like, it's almost a private show put on for a few wonks. There is a reason MSNBC resorts to prison show repeats on weekends and off-hours; there aren't enough viewers to justify anything else. Joe's show is nothing more than a GE-sponsored infomercial for Joe's eventual Congressional run. Seriously, though -- Joe is too much of a scaredy-cat. This incident will probably make him think twice.
8. this is what cracks me up about how Repugs claim MSNBC is "liberal"
Do you see anywhere in Faux's programming a three-hour block of "liberal" hosted programming??? AT ALL??? And yet, Repugs get away with saying MSNBC is the equivalent of Faux when it comes to partisan propaganda ...
