2: Tax corporate cash held year to year until it's cheaper for them to create jobs here, rather than hoard cash.

3: Tax bonuses over $10000 at 80% so the corporations invest that cash instead of paying it to the executives.

I usually get $10k or a little more... executive assistant, yes... exec in the meaning you speak of, no way!

$250,000... now THAT is an exec bonus! A little one;)

I don't want the workers bonuses taken. As for management bonuses, fuck them.

Yeah, nothing personal, I'm a tech worker and have never seen a bonus check for more than $5K. I should have omitted executive.

Have agreed to a lower base salary in order to get into the larger bonus pool... and it's discretionary... and it's merit based, and we have to work our asses off for something that amounts to a big chunk of our salary... so please, rethink!
