I just heard Dillan Ratigan say that if they don't increase the debt ceiling the interest rates will go up and the bond market will go down. And then he said Cantor has bids, (or bets) to buy bonds in the future. Which means he expects the bonds to go down.

And he refuses to allow the debt ceiling to be expanded.
