It's called 'Google Buzz 2.'

Kidding. It's 'Google+' and will be buried by Facebook and Twitter, as usual. The buttons have been out there for a while and are universally ignored.

A tech industry person tweeted this today and is 100% correct:

Fundamentally, Google is a utility. No one wants to hang out at their power company.
