Supreme Court 2010-11 year in review

There were 6 cases where Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, Kagan were the 4 in the 5-4 minority this term...

There are a billion reasons to vote democratic, but high up on the list is judicial appointments...Not just SCOTUS, but the lower courts (Court of Appeals, District Court) as well...
