The only thing I can say is that laws mean nothing if the courts won't enforce them, or if they make them unenforceable.

3. Point is this, the Lili Ledbetter "Fair Pay" Act only made it possible for women to sue
for unfair wage practices after 180 days. Prior, women had 180 days to realize they were being paid less than a male for the same job. Still, women have to find out, without a doubt they were paid less, and then had to fight in court to win.

The Paycheck Fairness Act is the answer and would put these SCOTUS assholes in their place. No court cases, women will finally have to be paid equal to men.

5. I'm upset that the words "Fair Pay" were added to that weak legislation.
It really did nothing for Fair Pay. As you can tell, with this SCOTUS decision.

Lili Ledbetter was OK, it was not some ground breaking legislation that gave all women equal pay for equal work.
