Prosser impeachment?
Edited on Mon Jun-27-11 10:08 PM by senseandsensibility
John Nicholls and Lena Taylor were just discussing this on MSNBC. Lena said that Prosser should resign, and if he doesn't they may have to submit articles of impeachment. Nicholls agreed, and also talked about an atmosphere of violence leading to the passage of the union busting bill. He said that that may negate the whole thing, assuming the judges were being threatened.

1. I live in PA but would gladly make the trip to help him pack up his stuff.
It's the least I can do for this poor "victim".

2. On the Hartmann show it sounded even worst
We may even see him step down soon, relatively speaking.

8. On RT Nicholls went into more details
including the fact that the whole judgement might not be good since it was done under duress.

The rest you heard on the eddie show.

They are definitely talking impeachment, so I guess there is heavy pressure on the judge to step down (and he should), and that the offer will be step down we don't press charges or negotiate them down to a misdemeanor.
