3. I'm guessing it's a crude and obnoxious expression of support

for mining, oil exploration, foresting and hunting. Dig up all the ore, drill for oil, cut down the trees and kill the animals. It's the Republican way.

kill: anyone on 'our' oil, coal, trees, other resources, not of our religion, political belief or similar
