Per 12 News (WI), the Madison Capitol Police will issue a press release today (on Prosser incident)

I had read someplace on a blog last night this would happen, so I searched for article.

Now awaiting the press release.

.....When Prosser was contacted by the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism, he reportedly said, "I have nothing to say about it." Bradley also reportedly said, "I have nothing to say."

12 News spoke with the chief of Capitol Police Saturday night, who said he had no comment. He said he would issue a press release on Monday.

5. The Judicial Commission will push for "No Comment"
until and unless it decides to make charges itself.

If the police statement goes beyond that it would seem that the WJC moved through the process of it's investigation and review in a most expeditious manner.

6. I'm gonna guess that they will say they have investigated it and
since no one is pressing charges, they won't pursue it any more.
