5. Lol, I had a feeling it would pass!
When the Repubs actually started talking about 'doing what is right' it seemed like a sea-change and I think it was McDonald? who said he was tired of it all and really didn't care if he lost his job over it. THAT'S what Representatives are supposed to do. Do what is right, and don't worry about the next election. And I bet he will be reelected anyhow.

Only in NY, would a RepubliCON actually vote for WE THE PEOPLE, once in a while.
This was easy, because it didn't pit WE THE PEOPLE, against them, the corporations!
