24. Van is a very smart guy. But it was not suprising he got bumped -- he has a rep of talking his way

into good gigs but also into trouble.

An older black business guy I knew said Van would just take other people's ideas and be off talking as if he had just come up with them -- kind of like a stand-up comedian.

27. This was the most inspiring thing I've seen in a while.

It's not enough that so many of us are out here feeling defeated. That's what they want and we can't allow it. All we need is someone to pick up the torch and truly lead. There has GOT to be something that such a large number of our population can do. Together. Just look at Wisconsin!
