The theme for this month's contest is “Geology,” broadly interpreted to mean examples of the physical
forces of the Planet Earth at work. This could be anything from a close-up of a rock to a panorama of the Grand Canyon, etc.


The top two finishers in each round will advance to the finals, along with the next four highest vote-getters overall.

The preliminary round will run until approximately 6:00 PM Alaska Daylight Time (that's 10:00 P.M. Eastern), Sunday, June 26th.
