9. A bit interesting and here is how I found it:

I was looking up all the politicians who served as representatives in Congress since Michigan became a state for the area I live in. The bio of one said that the man served in the Union Army during the Civil War which lead me to look up info the the volunteer regiments from Michigan during that war. One site also listed the generals from Michigan so I got sidetracked reading their bios and one was killed during the Battle of Gettysburg on basically a suicide mission. I looked up and read the bio of the general who gave that order and there it was mentioned one of the general's descendants was Anderson Cooper.

We who remember the Seventies which was the era of designer jeans, know Gloria Vanderbilt. You had to have somebody else's name on your butt.

I never wore any designer jeans. In Texas it's too hot to wear them except in the winter.

She was previously married to conductor Leopold Stokowski. The conductor in FANTASIA.
