A True Progressive Movement Should Be Larger Than Any One Politician

Weiner has resigned. Good luck to him and his family. We should keep moving forward. A true Progressive movement has to be larger than any one politician's career. A lot of folks here are dissatisfied with Obama. Well, here's the deal. At best, he's gone in 5 years. Then what? Do we all just quit? Do we all just sit around waiting for the next candidate?

To me, what's happening in Wisconsin is far more significant than the Weiner story. The good folks of Wisc. are taking matters into their own hands and forging their own destiny. They're no waiting for the DNC or the President or Congress or anyone. They are taking charge and charting their own course.
