and his commentary could be interpreted on several different levels.

get a gun because:

the civil unrest he quoted is being driven by Obama
that Obama is going to take steps to limit the ability to purchase guns
etc

He did not make an overt threat against the life of the President so there is nothing for the Secret Service to investigate.

Look, I loathe Glenn Beck just as much as anyone, but he didn't "advocate for the murder of Barack Obama".

What he said was, "To prepare for tough times" as he pointed to the screen, where images of Obama and his advisor came up.

One might make the claim that he's blaming those two for whatever "tough times" are about to happen (in which people may be out rioting in the streets, stealing, murdering, and doing everything people expected to happen at Y2K and so they therefore would need to protect themselves), but he didn't advocate murder.

Weiner is a good rep and gets things done. If you agree with him hes exactly who you want in congress. We can let his district decide...and probably will.

Beck is going to say and do obnoxious things. I don't care. If someone tries to murder the President that person is responsible. If Glen Beck pushes someone over the edge..well...its not much of a "push".

Fox News and its ilk is not destroying this country. The country is destroying itself just fine on its own. People are not intelligent. We do not communicate and we are not encouraged to do so. Shouting slogans and blind crys to rally behind the cause du jour are far more important then debate and ideas.
