This is not a game. This is about people's lives. If you think Barack Obama is the cause of all the problems we now face, then you have been asleep at the wheel and probably should sit out the next election?

If you cannot see what supply-side economics has done to this country in the last thirty years, then you are probably legally blind. If you are thinking about putting another Bush in the White House, then you are certifiably crazy.

If you are not aware of what the debt was when Jimmy Carter left office, when Ronald Reagan left office, when Bill Clinton left office, and when George W Bush left office, and what it is right now, then you should take a little time to educate yourself, for the sake of everyone else. We cannot afford any more mistakes of the magnitude you made the last time around in 2000.

If you think Republican policies only hurt Democrats, then you are deceiving yourself. Most Republicans are in the same boat as most Democrats. When they lose their jobs, they need unemployment compensation. When they retire, they need their Social Security. When they get sick, they need to see a doctor. We all bleed the same.

If you are listening to Fox News and the propaganda and you believe it, you may want to start reading stuff with facts in it? We cannot afford another mistake. This is not about who scores the most points. This is not a game. This is about the lives and deaths of each of us and our loved ones.

4. For 30 years the Right has been telling the People...
..that Medicare and Social Security are going broke. They have a 24-hour fact-free, fear-and-hate propaganda machine "educating" the People with their lies.

It would be great if all voters were better informed. It's up to us to see that that happens.

Oh yeah, and to make sure voters are REGISTERED and have necessary ID. Contact your municipal clerk to become a voter registrar.

5. If they thought at all the Repubs wouldn't even exist as a major party
But too many buy into the propaganda hurled by Faux, Rush, and the rest of hate radio/TV. I don't see much evidence of that changing.

8. Think hard? That's a difficult challenge for those who might vote Republican.

9. We need to use the talking points ...
to persuade people to look at things as they are and not as they wish they would be or as they are told by the manipulators and propagandists. Their next vote is the most important vote they will ever make. Do not do it as a casual exercise but as a necessary duty. I would encourage people not to vote as Democrats or Republicans but as Americans. Vote for what is best for you, your family, and your neighbor.

11. We may have to hit rock bottom before we start climbing to recovery
I seriously thought we had when Obama was elected with majorities in the House and Senate. Maybe not.
