Think about what you are actually saying here. Weiner made it possible by taking a picture in the first place. There is no doubt about the utter stupidity of it. It brings his judgement into serious question. No one can deny that. But intention always matters. We base murder charges and charges for a lot of other types of crimes on intention. Its important. Anthony Weiner did not intend for those photos to become a public spectacle. Breitbart did. Anthony Weiner did not put those photos out there with the intention of harming anyone or ruining any lives. Andrew Breitbart did.

Its fine to slam Anthony for his stupidity, his unfaithfulness to his wife and things along those lines. But please don't attempt to use his lack of judgement and possible mental hangups as a justification for this kind of shit that Andrew Breitbart engages in.

...I'd be equally as disgusted with that person. Anthony Weiner did something moronic and beneath the dignity of a person holding high public office, but he also was not trying to hurt anyone.
