Everything works but Google and gmail for me.

Seriously, Google is SO last-decade, try something like Zoho.com for mail, calendar, documents, etc, and Startpage.com for search, and watch your security and up-time soar.

Probably the ISP isn't IPv6 enabled, and shut it off beforehand to determine outage potential.

12. Nope
They will be switching to IPv6 at 12:00am GMT, though. If you are in that area, you need to bitch at your ISP, because they aren't IPv6 enabled.
