..well, that would be the opinion of former Kansas AG Phil Kline. Kline was interviewed by James Dobson on his "Family Talk" radio show (links below).

The takeaways:
-The latest rallying cry to defund Planned Parenthood is that, in Kline's judgement, they failed to live up to their duty to report rape. Fundies are urged to call Congress right effing now.
-Six Nominatiion is a "payoff"
- Kline, of course, has done nothing wrong. All of the accusations against him are persecutorial in nature.
