She can use all those "donations" by her brain dead base to buy things like this, and the airplane that takes her from town to town so she can then get on the bus, and have on hell of a vacation this summer while building up her cash in her pac! She won't run for president, but you can bet your last dollar she will keep on finding ways to con her followers, increase her bank accounts, and come up with all kinds of ways to use that "pac" money for her own benefit!
