Did I get this right? Gov. Rick Perry of Texas, the secessionist, is considering running for POTUS?
Only in the upside-down, bass-ackwards logic of Republicanism can that make any sense.

Here's a guy who only months ago was grandstanding against accepting federal stimulus money and threatening to take his state and secede from the Union.

Now, he says he's considering running for President?
