Who Coined The Term - Mediscare?........

Lately I've been hearing this term being used to counteract the Dems attack on the Ryan budget plan - which we should now be calling the Repug Budget Plan - because so many of the Repugs in both the House and Senate voted for it. The Repugs own it now.

With respect to Mediscare - I'm even hearing some in the MSM pick up the term and use it.

And as an aside ---- Carol Costello of CNN is really a bad news reader. She laughs at the most inappropriate times and constantly slams Dems.
