Tornado on ground in midtown Memphis
According to the WREG local affiliate citing a trained spotter. Was moving east at 40 mph.

The weather guys on WREG are saying they do not see a tornado. Some funnel clouds but no tornado according to them.

we're having the 4th siren warning of the day where I am, but a front is heading in with even worse weather - which means you'll see it too, tomorrow.

7. midtown and most of Memphis is out of danger
But north and south, lots of action.............

Some factory had a roof blown off. That is all I heard so far. But they did preempt most of the American Idol finals.
