Mark it down. The Republican congressman from Joplin praised FEMA's response on CNN. He said that if he had to rate the reponse on a scale of 1 to 10, he would have to give it a "12".

2. I have to say FEMA has really stepped up

They were at my Local Lowes and tried to get my husband to sign up for assistance. My husband declined because we had already gotten most of the repairs done and our insurance company has pretty much paid it. But I thought it is great that FEMA has such a presence in our community.
