This isn't the type of thing I normally share at DU, but it feels as though natural disasters are growing more severe and suffering, in general, is growing more widespread and severe as well.

I don't have very well-defined or firm beliefs beyond a deep faith in Humanity. I believe that, if we join together, we can alleviate suffering and create a more positive future.

Somehow...
