Why do I think this Rapture business will not

cause any other religious persons to question their own beliefs.
Why do I think they will point and giggle at the silly people who bought into this, and not wonder about equally silly ideas their own faith espouses.
Why do I think that after the media had a good old time with this, they will continue to act with deference to every other ridiculous "miracle", faith based, or God-centric story that comes along.

1. Because every time a nut who is after the religious buck says its rapture time people

buy into it and get laughed at. The ones who disturb me more are the religious nuts who get into congress or the white house and try to bring the end times by starting middle East wars with other religious nuts. Worse is we don't tend to take these whack jobs serious and tend to laugh at them for trying to play god when we should be questioning why they want to bring the end times in the first place.
