50 million without health insurance

What do they do?
How can they get ongoing health issues treated?

I'll tell you how my brother-in-law's friend did...he didn't.
No insurance and little money. Lung cancer.
He laid in his apartment and died.
No pain control or home care.
Finally he was transported to a hospital 400 miles away (he lives in Scotts Bluff, NEB) where he died in two days.

I just found out about this.
Maybe he could have been more pro-active in seeking help but this was his mindset.
No insurance and he didn't have the money for care.

This is what happens when health care is viewed as a privilege instead of a right.
What a country.

Either the information system is totally messed up, or the country is.

And if America is messed up, you can guess the countries that the 'dictator types' like are just as bad.


On a side note.
I have seen a flurry of posts trying to spin, I think I am getting the jist of the comments, although they are just people posting them, and are inaccurate, no linkage outside of what would be claimed to be people knowledge. The most interesting part is the inaccuracies that show the webs of smear and how they have been used to go against justice and compassion, it is a rare thing looks like shotgun shooting blind.
