ABC News has picked up Dupnik's SWAT team shooting Iraq Marine Vet with 60 Rounds
The Tucson, Ariz., SWAT team is defending shooting an Iraq war veteran 60 times during a drug raid, although they decline to say whether they found any drugs in the house and have had to retract their claim that the veteran shot first.

And the Pima County sheriff scolded the media for "questioning the legality" of the shooting.

Jose Guerena, 26, died the morning of May 5. He was asleep in his Tucson home after working a night shift at the Asarco copper mine when his wife, Vanessa, saw the armed SWAT team outside her youngest son's bedroom window.

"She saw a man pointing at her with a gun," said Reyna Ortiz, 29, a relative who is caring for Vanessa and her children. Ortiz said Vanessa Guerena yelled, "Don't shoot! I have a baby!"

2. Clarence Dupnik is what many around here call "the friendly face of fascism".
I see no reason to vote for Sheriffs, since they are there to enforce the law(even when it's unjust) and keep "order".

5. I think you've answered your own question there.
Navy SEALS actually practice shooting, so they're good at it. Not so, the police, it seems.

9. I've been following this on KPFA for a couple of days.
They are reporting that the swat team shot him 71 times in 7 seconds. He was just out of bed because his wife thought there were home invaders coming in.

He bled to death while the swat team prevented the EMTs from entering. I heard his wife's 911 call on KPFA. According to KPFA, no drugs were found.

This is outrageous. The guy was a decorated combat vet.
