Would Santorum's action re Ensign be considered aiding and

abetting a cover up? How much did Santorum know when the husband called him, and then Santorum ran to Ensign to give him a headsup? If nothing else this is interference on a huge scale for a case headed to the DOJ. I'd like these questions answered while he's getting his "campaign" together.
