Is Anybody Watching The Senate Committee Gas Company Session?......
Edited on Thu May-12-11 08:27 AM by global1
Orrin Hatch is an ass. He's saying this amounts to political showmanship and he's throwing out the old Repug line of 'raising taxes' is what this is all about. He says that the Dems don't have an energy policy and that if they do - it is to raise the price of gas to that of Europe. Hatch's opening statement is running long and he was asked if he was almost through and he said - I'm not through and I won't be through until I get through. I never liked this guy.

1. And he's a sleazebag, too, Mr. Righteous Orrin is.
Only a rumor, of course. Never been caught.

3. The American people tasted the Republican "solutions," and
are rejecting them vehemently. So now, Hatch has to make his fellow members of Congress utterly miserable listening to his unpopular claptrap.

The Republicans misunderstood what was happening in the Nov. 2010 election. They thought there was some sort of radical shift toward their ideas when, in fact, the shift is in the opposite direction and people did not vote because they wanted to show Obama that he needs to change things a lot more.
